Six Questions Leaders Need to Ask Their Team Right Now

In order to have a breakthrough in business, especially after this crazy outbreak of COVID-19, Leaders need to ask their teams these six questions.

1. What are the top three priorities we are trying to achieve right now?

2. Why is it important to achieve the above?

3. What actions will you personally take every day to achieve it?

4. Describe our culture and what will set us apart.

5. Are you engaged, focused, motivated, and inspired to embrace our new challenges and opportunities?

6. What emotions best describe how you feel at the end of each day?

Don’t leave a vacuum of uncertainty for your team. Lead them confidently in new ways with new zeal and a “can do” attitude.
