As I sat with a leadership executive, I held a fresh 360° Leadership Listening Tour folder in hand. I could sense he was anxious to read and review the feedback received from his peers, colleagues, supervisors, and team members regarding his leadership and influence.

The 360° Leadership Listening Tour is made up of eighteen leadership core competencies, three open-ended questions to provide actionable advice and feedback, and one primary focus to improve the individuals impact, influence, and inspiration. Participants rate each core competency on a scale of 1-5.
