CONTROLLING 3 THINGS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LEADERSHIP
I was on a flight recently that hit some major turbulence. Typically, I don’t get too nervous but this was unusually rough. Violent rocking, big dips, rattling, vibrations, and a lot of people making loud noises: “Whoah!”, “Jeez!”, “Ooooh!”, and some other words I can’t mention.
Finally, things settled down. I had whispered a quiet prayer but again reminded myself that I really can’t control this. I just need to trust the pilot and the crew.
I was reminded that there are certain things I can’t control.
I also remembered I can control three big things. In fact, I believe these three big things can control our lives and our personal leadership.
“You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, but you can change yourself.”
