6 Questions to Power Up Your 2026 Vision

I just got back from an incredible trip to Seattle where I had the privilege of partnering with 40 leaders on their 2026 vision. Let me tell you, the energy in that room was electric.

We didn’t just talk about New Year’s resolutions that fade by February. We dug deep into what it means to lead with purpose. Our interactive discussions centered on what they truly wanted to accomplish this year: inspiring leadership, authentic team spirit, and making an impact that actually matters.

Each leader took the time to document their path forward by mapping out:

  • Leadership Vision: The ultimate win. What do they want to accomplish?
  • Purpose: The deep “why” behind the vision.
  • 3 Big Goals: The non-negotiables for 2026.
  • 2 Developing Skills: The specific muscles they need to build.
  • Action Plan: The daily and weekly drivers that turn vision into reality.

Once the work was done, the magic happened. One by one, they stood up and shared their vision with their peers. It was exciting to hear. It was inspiring to witness. It was a powerful reminder that a vision unspoken is just a wish; a vision shared becomes a movement.
