3 Ways You Can Inspire Greatness in Others

Will people remember that slide deck presentation? NOPE!
Will people remember what you said six weeks ago on that zoom all-hands? PROBABLY NOT.
People may not always remember what you said but they will always remember how you made them feel– especially moments when you inspired greatness in them!

I’ve been doing a lot of research on how much inspiration really matters, and I found astounding research. Lots of studies on Emotional Intelligence and Inspiration toss around numbers like:

  • 40% or even higher when they compare the performance of inspired employees vs. uninspired and demotivated.
  • One study by Harvard Business said inspired employees are 87% less likely to leave an organization.
  • Lots of other studies reveal that inspired employees call in fewer sick days, file fewer insurance claims, less wasted hours, fewer employee conflicts.

Remember, the mediocre leader makes orders, a good leader explains, and a GREAT LEADER DEMONSTRATES.

Here’s to inspiring greatness in others!
