10 Bulletproof Ways to Increase Your Energy

I’m talking to anyone out there who feels like their internal battery is at 1% and the charger is nowhere in sight. You’re trying to pour from an empty cup. I get it. We’ve all been there.

But here’s the truth I live by and share on stages everywhere:

You can’t get more time, only more energy.
Time is a tyrant.
Energy? Energy is a choice.

I was with a room of top executives recently, and 75% of them were running on fumes. Sound familiar? The world is begging for a break, and we’re answering it with more coffee and more sugar. We’re fighting our own biology!

The most productive people I know aren’t grinding 24/7. They’re masters of the rhythm—the pulse and pause. They go hard for 52 minutes, then they actually take a 17-minute break. They understand that to win the game, you have to recharge the player.

So, if you’re feeling burnt out, let’s change the game. Let’s talk about ten no-fail ways to power up. This isn’t a lecture; it’s a playbook.

This is how we win. Not by managing time, but by marshaling energy.

Now, go get your spark back. I believe in you.

Feeling Powered Up? Pay It Forward.

You know that feeling when you find a spark of energy? It’s contagious. If this resonated with you, don’t keep it to yourself. Think of one person in your world who’s been running on fumes. Maybe it’s a colleague, a friend, or a family member who could use a quick pick-me-up.

Share this with them. Send them a link and a simple note: “Saw this and thought you could use this as much as I did. We’ve got this!”

Let’s build each other up and create a wave of positive energy together.

Here’s to getting that energy boost!
