Intentional Leadership

I am very fortunate, thankful, and blessed. Each day I get up and prepare to meet with companies, organizations, and teams preparing to better themselves. I also have coaching clients focused on life/leadership mastery.

Our Goal: Life and leadership mastery is not about creating a "perfect life". It is about striving toward a "better life" and leadership.

If there was one word to describe the "best leaders and teams", I would have to say, INTENTIONAL

What is the big difference between good intentions and intentional leaders?

Good Intentions:

  • Survival
  • Wishful
  • Passive
  • Someday
  • Fantasize
  • Observe
  • Tardy
  • Hopeful
  • Occasional
  • Disorganized

Intentional Leadership:

  • Thrives
  • Everyday
  • Actions/Results
  • Follow-through
  • Proactive
  • Organized
  • Goals
  • Discipline
  • "I can, I will, I do" attitude

Whether we realize it or not, people live their daily lives with good intentions or intentional leadership. It is a life and leadership by design or default.

My father used to say, "Steve, you can be average, you can be good, or you can be great! It is an intentional choice."

If you and I desire greatness, to make our world a better place, we embrace intentional leadership.

God Bless you this week,
