3 Ways to Activate the Law of Attraction

I recently met with a new coaching client, a senior leader who has experienced a series of hardships personally and professionally in the last several months. It is almost like the world around her was conspiring against her.

We discussed going on the offensive by activating the Law of Attraction.

The essence of applying the law of attraction is to think, imagine, feel, act, and focus on what you want, thus attracting more of that into your life.

Here's how it works; like attracts like. If you are feeling excited, enthusiastic, passionate, happy, joyful, appreciative, or abundant, then you are sending out positive energy. On the other hand, if you are feeling bored, anxious, stressed out, angry, ungrateful, or resentful, you are sending out negative energy.

Your world around you (your personal and professional relationships) through the law of attraction will respond to both of these vibrations. It responds to whatever energy you are creating, and gives you more of the same.

You get back what you put out!

Think of it as your energy vibration… You will attract energy back to you of the same frequency you're emitting. You need to make sure that you are continually sending out energy, thoughts, and feelings that resonate with what you want to be, do, and experience.

You and I are like a living magnet; we literally attract the things, people, ideas, and circumstances that vibrate and resonate at the same frequency as we do.

 

Three ways to activate the Law of Attraction:

1) Become the gatekeeper of your thoughts and language -

Many people use thoughts and language that reflect things they don't want; over time it becomes a habit. What we think about constantly ultimately translates to our emotions. To activate the Law of Attraction in a positive way… Become a gatekeeper of your thoughts and language speak the language of success – use the vocabulary of a leader.

2) Use daily mantra techniques -

Another simple but effective way of igniting the law of attraction is to create a mantra. Practice and continuously recite until you create a new habit.

Examples:

  •  Opportunities always come my way and I give thanks.
  • I love myself, I love others, I love what I do, and I love life!
  •  am a magnet of wealth and abundance, and I share that with others.

3) Select an inner circle of people committed to summit -

I find my associates are critical to what I attract. It's taken me a few years but I now have a select inner circle of powerful individuals committed to the summit… to getting to the top of their field professionally and personally. These relationships have brought countless opportunities and experiences that are on my… "I want list."

Remember: like attracts like. Begin today to commit to thinking, imagining, feeling, acting, and focusing on what you want, and you will attract more of that into your life.
