Many leaders focus too much attention on their dreams and goals, and too little on their teams.
On May 29, 1953, Tenzing Norgay and Edmund Hillary accomplished what no other human being ever had. They stood on the summit of Mount Everest, the world's highest peak.
What often goes unnoticed is that they had hired between two and three hundred people to just get supplies in the vicinity of the mountain. The best third of that team continued working up the mountain carrying supplies... 750 pounds of necessary equipment in order to summit.
What is your summit?
The higher the summit, the greater the team. Focus on your team, not just your dream.
If you want to achieve your business dreams, then grow your team. Gather great people around you. Invest in them.
