Every day I have the privilege of working with leaders at every level, from Fortune 500 companies, to non-profits, to the public sector. I spend much of my time discussing the #1 predictor of success with those leaders, Emotional Intelligence. The reason Emotional Intelligence sets these leaders above all the rest, is because they not only have the technical skill to accell in their positions, the strategic/visionary mind, but with more knowledge of how to manage their emotions they leap into the next level of effectiveness.
It was brought to my attention this week, as I scrolled through my Facebook newsfeed, to pay attention to our health. There was a great list of the benefits of exercise, and I want to share them with you. In order to be effective long-term we have to take care of our bodies. Incorporating as little as 20 minutes of exercise 4 days/week into your routine can have remarkable benefits long-term.

Action Step, in relation to your health:
What is one thing you should stop doing?
What is one thing you should start doing?
When will you commit to doing both of those?
Here’s to a health filled 2015!
